A Dedicated Volunteer Community

As a non-profit organization, VLAB is driven by volunteers who are highly passionate about technology, actionable discovery, and entrepreneurship. Our volunteers come from a wide variety of backgrounds and fields in science, engineering, business, humanities, and behavioral studies.

In selecting topics for our events, VLAB relies on the expertise and strength of our network of volunteers to discover the latest trends and disruptions in technology and business. This peer-to-peer interaction is an essential component of the VLAB formula.

Once the volunteer community decides how to proceed, VLAB events are planned and produced by event teams that follow a unique panel format, featuring five panelists in a highly interactive discussion.

Monthly Planning Meetings

You are warmly invited to join us for our monthly planning meetings. At these meetings, we interactively discuss and plan for upcoming events and brainstorm about new cutting-edge technologies, trends, and emerging companies on the horizon.

During these meeting, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Hear about events currently being planned.
• Share your ideas for future VLAB events.
• Pitch new topics for discussion.
• Learn more about the VLAB community.
• Grab a slice of free pizza.*

Our planning meetings are open to anyone with a passion for emerging business and technology. We would love to have you join us.
