Founders’ Series: The Next Wave of Venture

June 6, 2019 at 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Founders' Series

The Next Wave of Venture

Thursday, June 6, 2019
6:00 pm to 8:30 pm
6:00 pm: Reception and networking
7:00 pm: Fireside Chat

As the investment from major VC funds into Series A rounds and subsequent growth rounds continue to get larger, we are witnessing the emergence of new funds for smaller, earlier-stage companies. To fill this need, some VCs have formed new funds. Is this a “back to our roots” movement or a new wave in the VC community?

With an amazing track record of helping multiple startups become some of the biggest players in their respective industries, Mamoon Hamid has joined Kleiner Perkins to show that big can be nimble, too. In this special Founders’ Series event, Mamoon will share his insight and experience. Founders seeking financing will hear about various options and the consequences, and a few select founders will have the opportunity to get individual counseling about their unique challenge.

Join us on June 6 to hear more about the next wave of venture funding.
