AlwaysOn has again joined forces with the MIT/Stanford Venture Lab (VLAB) to produce the popular.CEO Showcase program. A subset of the Summit, The AO & MIT/Stanford Venture Lab CEO Showcase program highlights 50 emerging companies that will present their businesses to a panel of industry insiders and a standing room only audience. The top three companies will be given the opportunity to present to the audience on the main stage at the end of the event.

The AO2006: Stanford Summit will showcase the AO100, with selected industry expert keynotes. The AO100 is a premier list of private companies that have demonstrated leadership among their peers in market traction measured by revenue or customer growth, and game-changing approaches and technologies that are likely to disrupt existing markets and entrenched players. In order to make the AO100 list, companies had to be peer-nominated. AlwaysOn received more than 1,000 nominations from venture investors, investment bankers and other industry experts for the AO100.
